What happened?

This app has been spot on for two spring storm seasons in Texas. This year, nothing. Where did it go, what happened, what the heck? Now in the middle of our second round of tornado watches, who knows how many thunderstorm warnings, and nothing. If the company is gone, itd be nice to know so I can delete the app since it is one that loves can depend on.
